Shipping Damage
Inspect your purchase carefully: If packaging is damaged, you must indicate that on the delivery receipt.
If packaging is damaged, immediately inspect the merchandise. If the merchandise is damaged, contact us at 1-800-425-6433. You have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property. Whether or not the packaging is damaged, it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt. In the event of damaged merchandise upon arrival, or in the event we sent you the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost.
